WTF?? This info has been out there for a year...is your head stuck in the sand? Do you have quarterly check ins? Engage with the company that employs you. You are still forced ranked behind the scenes as usual, just no official rating. You get a quarterly rating.

Not a peep and it is always a check the box. They know who they want to promote and help move along in the company. A formal process means nothing.
Just curious also how employees are doing in completing the DEI objectives for the quarter.
