Wonder if there is a recovery group for folks that have left Wells. All of the good people have left (either voluntarily or by lay off)... the toxic remain.

Effective management isn't possible so long as they are tasked with implementing mo--nic policy.
@bun+1llSUtJv There will never be a time when all the “dead wood” is gone. They are a result of ineffective management.. and that hasn’t changed
The two best days I had working at Wells Fargo was my first day and my last day. Over 20 years apart but that last day was really nice. All that micro-management by the drones in mortgage credit risk, and for what? The writing was on the wall and I hope those mo--nic “managers” can find employment once they lose their jobs.
