Pretty sure because of this they're already rolling out Bank phones to nearly everyone, or at least client facing roles. We've received numerous emails all last year reminding us that we're not allowed to talk/text/email bank business on personal devices or non-bank platforms.

I think they've added this (or soon will) to the Code of Conduct, so they have grounds to fire you if you are conducting business on non-bank devices/platforms.

It's horrible how a few bad actors ruin WFH for all the rest of us. Just get a bank device!

Employees working from home during pandemic or in any capacity is provided with bank approved apps and platforms through their laptops to make those client call.

You would know this if you work at the bank so by you asking for bank sponsored phone is leading others to continue attacks on WFH or bringing attacks on your other motives. Thumbs down!

from the above link, i see
"BofA also paid $225 million in penalties to regulators over employees' use of unauthorized messaging platforms, including WhatsApp."..... i believe majority of the employees who are working from home or need to work from home use their personal phone to make calls to team members or conf calls. is That ok and if not then should we all ask for bank paid phones ?
