Not only JF but Doug and his minions are also out. Anyone working in Irvine? Look at the program delays and mis-steps. The Lincolns are laughable, DF is turning them into Tesla wannabees with worse quality.
Shareholders are furious how the he-l does Ford loose money when every OEM has earned record profits. They are well aware of Ford Next's failures and are demanding accountability as in terminate Louis Victor and his directors. Heinrichs was fired for botching up the Explorer launch and Farley will be terminated for the same over Lightning.
Prepare for a very nasty year, PEPs and ' separations ' are coming, lots of finger pointing and backstabbing. All the fakes brought in from the outside are finally starting to sweat, they are all being exposed, notably the id--ts from Hewlett Packard and Renault. Even Elaine O from Credit is visibly jittery knowing investors are not happy with leadership.
Shareholders and Wall street are demanding accountability - as in terminate Farley now!
Morgan Stanley released a memo warning Ford's junk status due to Farley's inablity to manage the company.
Unless Farley has some major wins soon he's out as well as the id--ts he brought in, from the delays on all the EV programs by Q3 JF is done. Who will be brought in to lead is anyone's guess, but it WILL NEVER be Doug Field, Lawler has a better chance if he doesn't suffer a stroke first.
BTW, lots of PEP s are about to be delivered, prepare for another round of terminations.

JF was knifing JH claiming he would resolve all issues day one as CEO. Well how has that worked out? There is not a single metric that you can use that say JF has improved the company. Product launches- disaster ; Warantee-disaster; Employee morale-disaster; Public perception-disaster; Dealer relationship-disaster; Supplier relationship-disaster.
DF will be canned by JF or his successor. His no so subtle maneuvering in an attempt to unseat JF have been noticed by all.
Doug Field has zero strikes. Just saying.
But in JF's defense, I would not say he has any legitimate strikes either. Much of the alleged current issues at Ford were well underway before JF took the helm at Ford.
Argo, Rivian, poor quality/recalls. There's three.

It does not matter (about Farley's fate) what any poster on this website thinks nor the talking heads nor the magazine writers. The only opinions that matter are those of the board of directors and of stockholders with significant share holdings. The rest is noise.
