Literally got 1%. It won't even cover my gas to go back into the office much less inflation. Imagine how much more productive I will be. LOL!
3%, exceeds ratings, top of tier 2. Seems like I got less than most folks. I just bump a percent or 2 more into my 401k and don’t think about it. Is what it is. Thanks boss and move on. For the comment about new hires making more, that is 100% true. Leave and come back in a couple years. A couple buddies did that and now make over $200k level 2s, previously barely making over $100k. Facts.

I'm in top part of median pay tier, level 2 manager. I got 4%. Inflation last year about 7%. Who wants to guess if top execs got more than 4% raise this year?

50% for the C-suite, and double the amount of hours for the corporate jet!!
Currently there are two ex CEO’s getting ten hours a piece per month free travel on the company plane!!
