Those of us going April 1 have a call tomorrow. Hoping that some of you that have been through this can shed some light on how things get communicated from here. Obviously we wont get any personal details on this call.

I think each region is learning how to do after seeing previous regions go thru it….SR’s got emails about a phone call within 2-4 hours of conference call(these ones being, l”et go calls”) Those staying would eventually get calls about their new territory.

Would kinda think that those being let go would get first calls
Every sales rep will get a 1 on 1 call after tomorrows call from Wednesday to Friday. The emails go out tomorrow after the big call giving you ur time slot. On the call they will tell you if you’re safe or not and if you still have your job they will tell you what your new territory will look like.
If you are getting fired you will get a call placed on Microsoft teams app and it’s with your RDR.
