Life Event Services is also the team you call when a family member who is a bank customer passes away and you have to close all their accounts. When my Dad passed, they were extremely helpful, kind, efficient and quickly took care of a lot things my Mom and I needed done. (at no charge!)
It's also the team that can help you when you're displaced by Floods or need to find Elder Care Support for your relative in another state. Lots of different support services.
What dept were you in before being redeployed?
Life Event Services sounds like when people get married and need to add spouse or maybe they’ve had a baby or are adopting etc. I think.
Never heard of Life Event Services. Do they hand out the cupcakes when someone is celebrating a birthday?
