Speaking of accountability….how about that earnings call? After current Sr. leadership-and architects of that debacle of a reorg-decimated the talent pool of INDUSTRY Footwear experts in 3PW in favor of less experienced vertical apparel- insert any struggling t-shirt oriented mall based brand here- talent…who’s loving them now?? Guess ya can’t make it all up in Direct…. a flawed strategy whose opponents were sidelined and silenced. At least you are now ready to course correct the massive mistake.

“Knows where the bodies are buried”? More like buried them herself or had one of her lieutenants do it in return for another promotion I pat your back you pay my back again. She has a long history of playing favorites that look think believe and act like her and anyone who has been in HR at Nike on one of her teams for sees this clear as day

In Nike own words 11 years as top of DEI executive serving 5 years directly as the Chief Diversity officer and now 6 as CHRO over the Chief Diversity Officer.
