Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Pat keeps saying Intel's AI performance is 10X the competition

Either he's telling the truth, in which case he's doing a terrible job of making this known -OR- he's bullsh--ting again, in which case he's causing yet more damage by over promising and under delivering.

I have a feeling it's the latter based on the lack of real effort to show the truth thru a massive ad campaign.

It's like claiming one iGPU is 10x better than another... sure, but even a basic dGPU will blow it out of the water.

They lie, so that peasants follow.
Unfortunately, Intel needs intelligence again after 30+ years. Peasants doing the same thing isn't going to work again. Because this time, the peasants are led by other peasants, big titles and high salaries aside.

Is Pat beginning to resemble Biden? Talking about things he has no clue about?

I think that’s true forAI inference based on AMX acceleration numbers. I’m not sure if that’s a comparison vs. Milan or Genoa though.

Intel, 10x better than the competition.

Yeah. Fuhking. Right.

This is why Pat’s employees, Pat’s investors, Pat’s competitors, Pat’s peers, and probably Pat’s children, think he’s a lying, clueless blowhard.
