Fairness Salary adjustment

Got a notification on this and saw increment in work profile.

Is this for people getting really low pay? Can I sue Cisco?

My comment was sarcastic.

There a pay fairness budget and then also a special HR budget for minorities. Not the same.

Fairness adjustments are only for minorities as compared to others.

How low was your salary and how much is it now? What is your grade level and location?

It would be interesting to learn how low you salary needs to be for the fairness salary adjustment to kick in.

How about be grateful they adjusted MMRs and gave you a pay bump which doesn't affect your possible pay increases as part of your review cycle so get your head down and add some value and push for your next payrise - stop waiting for sh-t just to be given to you because it's fair

Nobody is stopping you, but you probably won’t win. You will be black-balled, and you’ll have to find the lawyers. Good luck. I hope your financially independent.

Be careful with that.

Received one, then six months later; LR'd.

Is this a serious question? If so, sure. Go right ahead. You can literally sue for anything. Let me know how that works for you.
