Do you really believe it? Or are you just trolling? Or are you working in our marketing department.
Been here for over two decades and I've never seen things this bad. My coworkers and I used to not even take all our vacation because we loved the work this company did.
Now? We take all of our vacation and use all of our personal time too! Getting out of bed to come to work is now a chore. We dread having to come in to work. We put in our 8 hours and leave. Morale is at an all time low. It doesn't feel like it makes a difference if you perform or not.
And it gets worse everytime our leaders open their mouths. Whether privately within the company or publicly to the press. It is exhausting.

The lack of leadership at this company right now is embarrassing.
