Since January VISA has been looking at FIS to buy it out. News articles with comments from senior people hidden in the shadows gives more detail that we get in a single sentence from our own leaders. Nothing about this company is about employees. Just serious greed from the senior people giggling in the back ground in town halls. Good luck everybody!

For a buyout? Yes they are because they will get their money back from any buyout. The management have run FIS into the ground in the past 5 years. They should lose any and all parachute benefits. The hard workers should be compensated. The lazy and people occupying a space people should be fired. Great people here that sadly were screwed over by management and executives past few years.
I wonder if the shareholders are giggling!
