Matt probably told them to stop raising rates. He wants to just cater to the rich with his "quality customers" nonsense.
Matt had to leave. There's no way to fix the numbers. He probably told them that.
Ellis likely good to hit the road due to the disaster that is 1ERP.
Shifting the blame onto other leaders is all it is. Not sure Matt is leaving to pursue other opportunities...more likely forced out.
