This is disappointing behavior for a professional at EM. I do understand the backlash sentiment, but keep it outside of work.
XOM is racist against White males. We lower standards to go out of our way to hire anyone but a White male then force the White males to do the job that the unqualified equity hires were supposed to do.
XOM will soon offer a snitching program. Reward will be offered upon apprehension of person putting the noose. Let's start with 10k, and up the amount if no one comes up with useful tip.
If you have ever been involved with an HR complaint at EM, the findings are not surprising. Most complaints are investigated and if wrong doing is found it is usually a slap on the wrist for the guilty and retaliation against the one who complained.
After the third noose, no thought to maybe put up some cameras? Lawyer says they completed an investigation but didn’t say what was done after. Obviously not much. Five is a lot. Watch for settlement.

Some bubba was on here yesterday saying people need to “keep quiet” about this type of behavor. Truly disgusting and one of the reasons these swamp bumpkins will never get ahead in life.
