We need a real Sales VP and Engineering VP. They have shown their complete incompetence again.
Everyone knows that the NCAA tournament begins on March 16th. Leave it to these two to plan a “Game Day” Training Series with a football field as the logo. Huh ? It is March Madness.
Hold on, their incompetence is taken to a championship level and some would argue a dynasty of incompetence. They are doing this on the start of the tournament and this is MANDATORY that we are to be in the office or on virtually for this event. So while we are in the office or on a virtual call for this, every single competitor is hosting an event for our customers around the tournament games that day.
I already have my biggest customers asking if I am hosting any type of get together for the tournament. I had to tell them “No”. The response was they are going to go to our competitors events that afternoon.
Our competitors are going to be having conversations with customers and we are beholden to an internal event. Our competitors are thanking us. We have given our competitors a wide open field to use their football theme. Are you kidding me. We have given our competitors an uncontested slam dunk to blow the game wide open while we are in locker room.
You cannot make this type of incompetence in Sales Leadership up.
This continued incompetence is why more layoffs will be coming.
