Anyone here got the shaft last week? Or are you still waiting for the VP to get his act together? This stress from the fear of the unknown for the last 5 months is beginning to get to my system. Why does it so long for the UK management to figure get this sorted? The consultation emails said that decisions were made over one week ago.

Just received words from our UK director that all affected individuals have been informed. So the rest of us are safe, at least for this round of LR.
I don't know why it's taken 5 months. Is that normal for UK processes? Seems they started the process in the UK late, right?
Would be nice to know when its all due to finish so people know when they are safe (if thats ever a thing). They have the names already so not rocket science to figure out timelines .
The collective consultation finished a week last Friday. This week managers with affected staff have to have HR training on how to deliver the message with compassion, sympathy and empathy.
I think it happens this week.
