The irony is they claim they want to save customers and even have a "save" pilot. Yet, they continue to raise rates, outsource jobs like tech, customer service etc.. and still expect customers to stay with us and for us to save them.
It's obvious they really aren't interested in saving customers or their employees when they make changes that directly contradict what they claim they want. You have a save pilot but when the reps that are part of the pilot reach out for additional save offers to help save customers we aren't given additional offers! Should change the title from save to scapegoat pilot!
Yeah people are getting laid off left and right, your stock is tanking, you are getting your a-s handed to you on a quarterly basis and you raise prices again like you did late last year? What are you fkn mo--ns? Now if VZ said, we are doing this to alienate more of our customers...that makes logical sense. You raised rates and pi---d off your customers, and that's what you set out to do. Objective met! You are gonna lose more customers on this one. You dont compete in a tight market where you are losing by raising rates. Common sense. Maybe Matt suggested not doing that, and they said, uhm there's the door Matt. Somebody get some ba--s and fix this nonsense and right the ship.
Join me on a 5g plan where I turn off the 5g on my phone to avoid the spotty coverage. At least my phone is new vs 10 yrs old so that was a big improvement.

How much do you pay a month? Unlimited everything is easy to find for $35/40. T mobile, metro under T mobile, etc. Coverage seems to be the same now.
