There is a calculated range (i.e. 3.0- 4.75) prepopulated that your supervisor must populate +/- your merit. If it falls above or below the range, triggers comp review exception required. No active employee will get 0%. Only those impacted/ surplused or on a PIP are reduced to 0% and that merit is spread out over the team.

“Not editable “ is a lie. Your merit increases are capable of being edited every year.

Your boss told you this so you wouldn’t think they messing with your pay.

News Flash - they are! Some employees get zero because their boss determines it’s the employee they think shouldn’t get the money.

This may be the single d-mbest post I have seen here. Merit increases were submitted weeks prior and not "editable" as the poster states. Once submitted and approved they cannot be changed in too have your YTR updated. You are talking completely out of your a-s.
