Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Leasa Legree's Org

Does anyone have anymore info on Leasa's group? I heard a round is coming very soon for her organization.

I can't wait for this to happen.
The Indians have it best.
Although return to work is supposed to happen already, majority of them united and claimed the office is too far, with travelling time made worse with insane traffic.
Management has closed one eye on Return to Work since.

There is also a higher percentage from these folk that make managers have a strong distrust in WFH as I personally know a few of them use mouse clickers to pretend they are online. Feedback was provided to our US directors but no action was taken.
Before you go saying "its fine as long as they do their work", no it isn't, not when their role is in Maintenance and working trouble tickets/meeting SLAs IS their work.

Also, just because they are a low cost center, highly unlikely they would be laid off so let AT&T pay peanuts for monkeys while we watch them go down!

It's T. Of course cuts are coming to her group. Just like they are coming at some point for every group.

Layoffs at T are a never-ending process and the only thing top-level management seems to be able to actually do.

It's been ongoing all year, her headcount is already over a 100 down. Lot more to come
