Of course woke folk go first cause they ain’t needed. Woke folks always getting out of work. Theys lazy.
Yes, they are! How many complaints do you have from women you violated at T in your career!
Not if you’re in a protected category.
For the privileged the COBC is waived and for the most part you can do anything you want!
Upper management is the biggest COBC violators in the company by a wide margin and appear to be rewarded for it
What did you do? I can check it out with HR. lemme know the details. Exciting…
Sitting in mom's basement whining about wokeness because nothing else happening in your life.
Haters gonna hate.
Duh!
First to go are people who post on this site.
It all depends of the degree of management wokeness. If your manager is low to moderate woke , no. Medium woke, maybe. Maximum wokeness, yes.
No...Now get out of my parking space
Hopefully woke ATT goes broke soon.
What do you think? Let’s see, as a supervisor, you have to performance manage that employee that obviously has issues since they received COBC. Yes, those employees with performance issues will rank low during stack ranking and will get targeted for layofff. Not a hard discussion to have with an employee that violated the code.
Violators seem to get preferential treatment from HR when it comes to layoffs.
They can use any criteria they choose and they don’t have to give you the correct reason.
