I have received the following bonuses over the past few years.
2022 130%
2021 140%

Dell bonus plan is horrible. Think how much the tightwads save by making it yearly bonus vs quarterly. How many ppl left of let go in years time………..
Yeah, but once the bonus comes will probably leave right after and not wait for another year for cr---y bonus, because I bet next year will bonus even they give one will be worse.
Dells bonus is token carrot keep employees around 1 yr at time. There bonuses suck I got quarterly bonuses with EMC and they were much better.
