Great idea! I love getting Covid even more /sarcasm. Most people were a little cautious, but OK with coming in 2 or 3 days a week to a half empty office. We'll see what this does for productivity. Here's a suggestion: Send all these CS personnel with great ideas to Walmart or McDs. Anyplace that has time for their programs to be implemented because we have real work to do here

It’s like the airlines. We can fly with empty seats now can we?
Corporate S-stains.
@mfs Really?
Its a cost saving exercise. Mothball a floor and there will be less heat / light costs, less cleaning and maintenance.
I came in everyday during Covid. I’m still coming in everyday. I’m not complaining.
I prefer when there is less people here.
Does this really increase productivity?
CS will likely make a complete bags of it. No stakeholder buy in, no proper project management and no money to resource it with a moves team or supplement additional required furniture. No doubt employees will be asked to "move themselves" to save a few cent. No strategy on who gets a fixed office location, who is hybrid and who is remote. This will result in inequity and will annoy employees even more than they are already. Meanwhile, HR who are supposed to be policy makers on the hybrid / remote suitability and implementation, are sitting on the side-lines sucking their thumbs saying "we're not involved with this". A very sad state of affairs (within EMEA anyway).
Ah , God luv Darcy, she’s a trier …. thank God that id--t John Black in Ireland is soon gone and we won’t have to put up with him any more after his best pal Niall Dillon from FCE unceremoniously cleared off to Analog D last day of the year ….. the mood in IRE has never ever been so low….. toxic even .
