Pat has been walking this talk so far so yes salary will be restored.
WRT reward, we need to see when intel will come back to profitability and in that case there could be potential reward during focal

Note intel is in mid of transformation, if you believe in leadership and it’s vision then stay else leave.

Yes. Intel has to do it, otherwise good people will leave and the ship will sink. Many good people left already.
I want reward, not just restore. This is insane to cut base salary and 401k.

Why is this even a question, pay restore? It would be the easiest thing to do compared with other challenges.
Nobody believes liar Pat. He will have to cut salary more due to deteriorating financial condition.
