What is the chance of MVO in 2nd or 3rd Qtt?

Anybody heard any rumors about MVO this year?

Severance will be offered for those who wish to leave prior to the next surplus this year. My AVP has already collected two names.

You will never see another day where you are paid to exit. Ever. Sorry to disappoint.

You are free to leave voluntarily at any time!

It’s been changed to the Motor Vehicle Offer, you will be run over by the company and have two weeks to be off payroll. Advise you to get all medical, vision and dental issues taken care of asap while you still have insurance, though it’s not much these days it still is better than nothing.

MVO days are over. And all MVO was the last couple times was a voluntary interest in leaving survey with standard severance if accepted. There is no “offer” or incentive beyond standard severance.

A very fat chance in h3ll that there will be a MVO in either of the 2 afore mentioned quarters. Keep dreaming all you want, it actually helps to keep hope alive, but in the end, you're setting yourself up for disappointment!

MVO has been replaced by the new mentality of taking away benefits. Why GIVE $$ to folks to leave when eliminating benefits achieves the same net result? The days of MVOs are in the rear view mirror.
