Just saw a job posting for Displacement Advisors to join the “newly created Displacement Advisory Group within Human Resources.”
So that’s just swell.

The irony…hiring manager is listed as Remote.
There’s so many open issues and lack of controls, processes, and compliance with displacements. If displaced, look into filing litigation.

Wasn’t there always a displacement group, or at least multiple people within HR who were hired specifically to manage layoffs? I seem to remember a job description on LinkedIn.
And in this role, you will be required to self-displace as your final task, in about 6-12 months!
Again, if they took volunteers for layoffs, everyone would be far happier!
