I retired last year, and I do not have any information as to the date 2022 profit sharing checks will be distributed to white collar. The Detroit News indicates that blue collar checks will be distributed on 3/9. Is it the same date for white collar @Ford? I checked my bank, and I do NOT see a deposit for today.

I think around March 15
@6rsr+1lyGU7Yc. Same here. It appears that my manager decided to stick it to me one last time and give a portion of my allocation to someone still there. I am happy to get anything. However, on principle, since management and HR decided to beat me out of a few thousand dollars, I will no longer give my dollars to Ford, nor will I recommend my family members do so either.
Just did the math. I was AICP'd in Aug. Looked like the good folks at Ford decided to give me a personal perf AICP of 60%.
SMH
Still better than nothing but what a sc--w job. Since we were already prorated to 2/3rds as it was.
Anyway good riddance Ford. I will never buy another product of yours again.
Yeah I'm with you. I assume once the agreement was signed they would say 0% for SIRP'd folks! So even $1 is a bonus at this point.
I know some are still salty from the SIRP and I get it. I got lucky, found another position right away, am enjoying the work and an making more than I did at Ford.
The personal adjustment seems to be .8 not .9 for those of us SIRP'd. Everything else seems to be correct in your calculation.
I wasn't expecting anything and am pleasantly surprised as I said.
@4srx+1lyGU7Yc can you share the math?
You don't have to tell his an amount but did it come out like expected?
Target * 1.48(AICP %) * .9 (personal AICP %) * .67 (prorated for partial year * .661 (for taxes)?
From memory, deposited on the 15th of March, at least the last few years. Many banks/credit unions show it a few days early in a "Pending" status, but funds are usually not available until the 15th.
SIRP'd in August. Bonus is in my account today. More than I was expecting and a pleasant surprise for a change.
DFCU is showing pending today.
Did you retire after working at Ford for 3 months? Seems like a trolly question.
Should be 3/15. With that said, some banks (Huntington for example) give you deposits a few days early, so it could be any day between Saturday and next Wednesday
yesterday
@nsu+1lyGU7Yc For GSRs it always coincides with the first pay period of the month which is the 15th. Thank you for your polite answer to other peoples inquires.
And, NO, it is not always a Friday. Many (over ten) years ago, it was a Friday, but not more recently
@nsu+1lyGU7Yc- LOL. Talk about arrogant! Your comment only shows your ignorance. It has been March 15th for many years. I just looked at my online credit union account history and right there are my March 15, 2022 and March 15, 2021 deposits
It’s March 15th for salaried. The prior poster is on crack.
In the past it was always tomorrow. You have some arrogant aholes that post here that will try to tell you the 15th.
It was always a Friday. Last year the deposit was 3/10.
