Maybe TK the Cheerleader should be on TB explaining how she dropped the ball and apologize to all the customers. Admit her shortcomings as a tech leader and that she spent too much time dancing and traveling and wasn’t keeping her eye on the ball.

My thoughts exactly Sabotage is likely cause. So much of the work outsourced overseas to countries that are not our "friends". Duh. Foreign workers do not really care about Wells Fargo Bank.

All the branches should be replaced with ATMs anyway?

Only the elderly still use actual brick and mortar banks.

Elon Musk knows how this works, cut enough and you eventually cut out something vital.

This is terrible in branch banking right now. Customer cards are getting declined for no good reason. They are pulling overdraft funds from savings and credit cards to cover a non existing negative balance even though their “early payday” funds are available. It’s so hard to explain to someone their money is there but it’s not? So many confused and angry people coming in upset taking it out on retail. This should have already been tested for before they rolled this out.

Likely JPMorgan spreading rumors with help of bought media, they're experts at manipulation and coverups.

It sucks that the only employees that have to face the customer are the branches, and they did absolutely nothing wrong for the sins of those hiding in half cubicles. They need to pay Branch employees 2 fold because not only is this Bs happening on the reg, not only is policies and procedures far disconnected from the systems bankers have to use causing clients to rethink banking with us, and lastly to top it off we’re closing more branches causing a bottle neck situation at the ones that were already busy. Or fix the comp schedule to where it motivates branch employees to be okay with dealing with the BS.

Horrible testing practices ( business enabled testing abandoned) in past few years after this new management rolled in cost cutting ideas. Why an offshore guy will test your acccounts with incerity that it might impact him or my fellow citizens? Imagine this. Wellsfargo India is badly managed with lot of perks and cajole , begging for them do your cr-p. Time and material deal works .

This looks like a bad one. People still without their money end of day. So much for not losing customers.
