Blaming employees for their own mistakes

It happens all the time. For everything that is bad, they never take responsibility and always blame the employees.
Well, they can blame us all they want, but what do they achieve by doing so? The problems just keep piling up.

Yes. Somehow my reviews are never seen. I don’t cuss or even rightly accuse of open discrimination against white males or black females or age. That will get your Glassdoor review taken down immediately. I just say it is high stress and you need to watch your backside constantly, there are no boundaries to end your day, there are no boundaries for what is expected. If you are capable and around, you are expected to do it - even when on the way out the door because you past 50 hours yesterday…and no overtime.

The chumps must be desperate; a barrage of fake five-star reviews were just deposited on Glassdoor praising the company and its management.

Aero is a joke. They lost all their talent and no decent engineer wants anything to do with aero.

So glad the HON hellhole is in my past. There is so much executive greed, It will only get worse there.

How do you think mad dog is still employed here? Because he blames all of his bad decisions on the employees. He's the worst thing to happen to AERO and yet he's lauded as some unsung hero. I just laugh when I hear it.
