All the SEMs, SSEMs and SEDs are quaking in their boots because MASSIVE consolidation is coming. The days of them all having only four reports are over.

The reason why SEM's have 4 reports is because their teams have been LR'ed to fu-k, including getting rid of quite a few SEM's already. I know of several teams that are either floating around, attached directly to directors or VP's. If consolidation is happening I'd say it's the mop-up following the storm.
