Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

We can’t all have sponsors

We can’t all have sponsors but we could do a better job at picking who deserves to have a sponsor.

Executives no longer need to sponsor young employees. In the 21st Century, we need to hire our future executives from other companies, especially non-oil companies, to survive in the long term.

We are not particularly good at training in-house civil/mechanical/chemical/petroleum engineers to be chief financial officers, Presidents... etc.

The flaw in the sponsor system is that Sponsors refuse to admit they picked an id--t, so id--ts move upward even after their stupidity is apparent.

Sponsors actually call Supervisors of their chosen id--ts and threaten the Supervisor if the id--t is not placed at top of list above legit good performers. These threats are evidence that the Exec knows the chosen person is an id--t.

Once a sponsored person is determined to be an id--t, sidetrack them and pick a new potential rocket rider. Stop the intimidation and cover ups for id--ts.

Studies have shown that people with sponsors advance faster and move higher than those that don't.

Just ask Kamala, who performed very well "under" Wi---e
