‘Centoni time’? Spoken like someone who has never worked with or for her. Look at her disastrous history. Everyone good under her flees, and I can’t think of a single innovation she has led for the company. Most of us only stay because the org is such a mess, it’s easy to coast and get by.

EK has done more damage to the Cisco SE than our competitors could have ever done. It is well known within us SEDs, that EK never solicited feedback on his disastrous C2E and Agile TSA programs but rolled it out as a blanket statement across everywhere. The damage to the business is inexcusable and will take time to recover from.
RB has been handed a tough deck with an extremely broken economy. I think she is very much part of the solution. Not sold on EK. I think he is part of Old Cisco and needs to be removed. The problem lies above RB. CR/JP need to remove and ousted. It's Centoni time. Give her the opportunity now.
