Nike announces annual results in late June, and that is when prior layoffs were announced (including both CDO and CDA). I have no idea if any large announcements of those size are planned, but if so I would be in late June.

HR modernization will have some org changes within HR functions, being announced this week I hear.
Probably won’t happen until the fall. I heard HR is changing their system and things will be on lock down for a while. Plus doesn’t Nike always lay off in the fall? September - November?
