Don’t blame the clown for doing clown things. Ask yourself why are you still at the circus! Get out… there’s plenty good jobs out there that don’t have clowns as managers and dealing with toxic people is not a prerequisite.
If you are pip'ed, you are better of doing nothing and use office hours to look for a new job. Once pip'ed you are unlikely to get ranked higher than Q4 (more likely Q5) in the foreseable future even if you make it past the PIP
@bkg+1m3eii4w yeah! If the OP is HR, the HR that generally doesn't speak against HR regardless now seem to have grown ba--s to atleast say something.
@OP - no, sh!t, Sherlock. Did you just figure out that one?
The real question is why are you still working for a company that doesn't care about you? You should have already left Exxon. That is what Darren wants. He wants you to leave. He doesn't want you as an employee. PERIOD. This is NOT a company to work for. I guess some people never learn.
It is a transactional process to favor the company indeed. Finally, someone from TGs team is saying something, if the OP truly is in the HR team.
