Sales reps are basically DMs. Ftow are basically Sales reps. But nobody got raises.

To all the sales reps and merchandisers: jus do the bare minimum, turn off your phones after 8 hours, and leave numbers of RMS and DMs for the stores to call. Remember Target and S & F can now complain through the iPads too! Who really cares? It’s just cookies and cr--kers, not brain surgery! Lol

I do agree, but what's crazy is we literally do not have enough people now, loads are sitting there for days, calls, complaints, etc. What happens if WE quit? Who will do the work as they don't have anybody.
All I can figure is like normal the real higher ups have absolutely NO IDEA what is really happening at our level, so as usual they think their latest, greatest "program" is working.🙄
Company wants as many reps with seniority out. Easiest way to get rid of us. What a sh-t show in these stores. Unfortunate for those of us who care about our customers. It’s about over.
