Why don't you all look for jobs at the other Michigan OEMs?

We did, we got hired into better positions and with big azz raise. Now they appreciate me better than ford and I go to work to kick ford azz.
General Dynamics Land Systems and BAE are two companies in the metro area.
RENK USA in Muskegon. They make 12 cylinder air cooled military diesel tank engines. And transmisssions. Perfect place for auto engineers to land.

I paid my dues and worked here ages carrying the generations before me ahead of their retirement, just like they did for those that came before them. After all these years, I've earned my tenure and it's my turn to rest. I'm not leaving after all that. It'll be your turn some day to, it's just how things work.
How so? We got a brain dead Stellantis, they are just not capable for being stupid as Ford due to lack of capacity, then there is the greedy and bureaucratic GM,
A Toyota, a leaving Honda, and a half dead Nissan.
