Hire paroled serial arsonists and torch many att overinsured buildings each saturday night and blame it on social media flash mobs of teens, or homeless dr-g addicts. Fast way to pay down serious debt with free money. Note to stinkey- this is just a joke.

Antiquated specialty buildings are worth about nothing. Much office space worth half of what it was 4 years ago, because it will stay empty and repurposing it is not workable. Land, if buildable and in good location, has good value, after the building is razed at a high cost.

Buyers really don’t want the CO facilities but the land it is sitting on. Basically like buying a plot of land with a shed sitting on it and the seller wanting to maintain the shed and store equipment in it.

That would be real smart, sell off all the CO building ps and assets that can’t or won’t be moved and is the backbone for all things AT&T. Even leasing back would be a longterm stupid plan, what am I thinking? This is AT&T, makes perfect sense.

AT&T Fleet = Sacred Cattle

First step will be to convert all AT&T CRE folks to CBRS or JLL. Just think of the cost savings on payroll and benefits. Next group to drop would be AT&T Fleet.

Get rid of the useless CO managers

I just don't see how the company can do that and get away with it. It's going to take a small army of CRE to sell off all CO facilities! Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
