Positively and hard work comes down to what they offer for your services.
The cedar park location gave me a 11% raise 6 months after starting. The managers bring breakfast every Sat. and Sun.
Houston service techs got a raise! They make the company the most money! You see they have no idea what they are doing, so the job takes twice as long and the customer gets screwed! But NOV loves them for it!
That's the word in H town....don't go there do too raise issue for many many years . Everyone say they never go back.
Dead end road at NOV.
I got 5% just after Thanksgiving and a promotion in January with a 20% raise !!
NOV is an excellent employer and I thoroughly recommend them !
