Ask any HR person and they probably feel the same about their role as I do about my role in tech. The bank doesn't hire you to grow professionally within your designated role/skill set. All work is filtered through a poorly designed template.

Not only does WF not value their employees, HR is a thinly veiled smoke screen to just cover their a**es and keep the lawyers away. More nefarious than useless.

Agree. There is zero support for displaced employees. You are on your own. They may as well displace that whole department.
