About half of the offshore "programmers" on our team. Even outside of our team, out of all the people I've dealt with there are only a couple Americans that I feel should be gone. One developer has been trying to get fired since he was forced to switch to the production support team. Another guy on the messaging team knows what's going on but it's like pulling teeth trying to get support from him. It's been going on for decades too so it's not just because he's too busy from cuts.
Of course there are people like Jolen who are way above their competent zone.

I can usually tell who should be let go based on the amount of times a person is in the office talking. The ones “collaborating” are usually the least productive and should be the first to go.

I would volunteer to let go by the Company , but how many of the Avp and above positions do you think should be eliminated because they have 0 skills to utilize a resource that they hired only to fire them . I guess 3 categories of all " Karen, Ken & Kevin" should be eliminated from the company.
