It is interesting when you look up pioneer on this site, they have very little activity and the activity they do have is very dated. If an acquisition does happen, we will be wrecking their peaceful and happy world. Lol

Things aren’t better at PXD, we have simply given up. The pay is excellent and work requirements are minimal. Please buy us and give us the sweet release!!

This is true for most companies on this site and in general.
That’s because most reasonable people will walk away from a toxic situation. Not EM employees; you’ve all chosen to stay put and whine incessantly about everything from sugar packets to the office layout.
FYI: the proclamations by EM employees about hot-desking being an infringement upon their human rights has become a running joke among industry hiring managers, especially in the Houston area. Also, you’re not getting 50% pay bumps to jump ship or $2800/day as a contractor anywhere except for the inside of your heads.

They are just not a bunch of whining sissies. It would be a great upgrade to our workforce and allow us to shed some deadweight. Can’t wait.
