Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Thanks to the RTO rebels more money for the rest of us

Heard confirmation that their bonuses will be impacted for non-compliance

More in the bonus pool for us grown-ups

Keep up the good work. I want even more money

Go figure… Wells Fargo compensating the cowards and lemmings who just do what “leadership” tells them to do. That worked out well for prior leaders, didn’t it?!?

Lol! As everyone else has already told you, any bonus dollars saved on “RTO rebels” will go to Chuckie and his cronies, not to you and me. But don’t miss the bigger picture - WF is a sinking ship (Just had a mental image of a giant stagecoach floating at sea 🤔 ). What makes you think that the boneheaded decisions our senior leaders make, such as forced RTO, which continues to drive away many of the strongest employees who have options, isn’t decreasing the bonus pool for everyone?

I won’t be getting any bonus because I’m retiring very soon and WF did away with pro-rated bonuses for retirees two years ago as one of many “F you!” comp and benefits changes in recent years.

That’s funny! If you think the bonus saving will get reinvested in those who do RTO, you are a fool! If anything it will only go to the top level C-suite positions. Because, after all, they are the brilliant leaders who came up with the morale boosting RTO strategy!

F their hammer, and F them. These lying POSs will be gone in a year. Who cares what they think, say, or do?

I'm sure all those that follow RTO also followed all mask rules too during the pandemic. Don't be such a sheep and follow every command, do what suits you best.

Nah, got notice that not being compliant you get put on a performance plan. Second time, gone.

The notice stating this is the warning for everyone whether or not we had been complying with RTO to this point.

The hammer is falling.

Couldn't agree more. WFH is the ultimate benefit. Nothing else can replace it, not even the perks that crazy dot coms used to have back in the day.

My measly bonus doesn’t make up for the joy of working from home.
If they want to play that game, so be it. I can work even slower.

OP is the definitive example of naivety. In what world would any withheld bonuses be redistributed at the lower levels? I think you should graduate from high school before you make such statements.

The OP is a cuck because he does what his employer tells him to do in exchange for money? Oh man, what an id--t.

We still have 6-8 months of the year left before they determine next year’s bonus. I was told if you got a warning last month but get back into compliance in the go forward it shouldn’t be a problem. So the “rebels” will have had the better part of a year to bury prior black marks on their RTO record. Considering bonuses now are mainly based on whatever you got the year before I wouldn’t count on any more money for the same rating.
