It’s nice that we have so much exposure on festering/near toxic corporate real estate investments. 5 days is in the cards.. granted, they’re going to have to find seats for everyone. I don’t think HR would be able to handle the influx of harassment complaints if we all have to sit in each other’s laps.🤦🏻♂️
It’s for managing directors today to “set the example.” Basically phase 1, phase 2 is rank & file at a later point. Pretty obvious.
No surprise. Think about who the largest lenders are in commercial real estate. If they can’t fill the offices, they lose money. Their c-suite thinks that if they force their people to come in other companies will follow. Follow the money.
NYC, doubling down on stupid. Shocking.
Leave it to Wall St. to go against what the science and polling say about RTO. They have the money, they want back control, or else. This is basically colonialism, it's just corporate instead of government.
For now. It’s optics. Sr Leaders in office 5 days to “set an example” as they think that will soften the blow when they announce it for the entire company. Can’t believe some of you pointing it out that it’s for “managing directors” are not smart enough to think this through
It’s for managing directors and up - which is roughly the equivalent of our “director” and up.
Correct, it’s managing directors. The rank and file will be required to work six days a week in the office.
Actually, Charlie couldn't do this if he tried -- with Wells vacating all its leases, there won't be enough real estate to make it work.
It’s actually Managing Directors, NOT Directors and Managers.
For directors and managers NOT the rank and file.
