Thread regarding Optum layoffs

Collateral damage still incoming....

Jason Nollinger announced departure last day is this Friday.

The voices in my head whispering another leadership departure soon to announce... Likely who Jason N reported to.

Nollinger only looks after himself so any calling out would have been to save his own skin. Worst "leader" I've ever met.

Wow Accenture is being let back in the door? I remember when they were banished because they didn’t renew their health insurance contract with UHC for Accenture employees.

The Bullsht: The plate of 100x those who remain are fed everyday. It's an empty tagline that is using "wins" that were already being done before the "100x" came along. Bringing in Accenture (Anyone who has worked with them in the trenches knows they are a terrible at best). Offshoring work to people who don't give a sht. The mandated 2* reviews. But hey - he plays ping pong with the plebs so he's a good guy right?

Genuinely curious: What bullsh-t exactly?

“He basically called out Sandeep's bullsh-t. Get ready for more offshore transition. I am too old to find a new job....“

The trifecta of RIFs/layoffs/offshore/contracting, green leadership, and solid engineering talent leaving for real opportunity present an exciting plot twist. Queue popcorn.
