I'm hearing Intelligrated will have more RIFs this week or next. They had a real bad Q1. Any other units having RIFs that you know of?

They closed the PHX Inteligrated plant last year. SPS is doomed
This would not be happening if Intelligrated was not purchased by HW. Intelligrated was a great company with a very bright future up until HW took over. HW's playbook is to keep cutting costs until there is nothing left. They have no long term vision because that's not part of their strategy of acquiring companies and then draining whatever they can. As a result everything under the Intelligrated umbrella is suffering the same way. If you read the other comments here you will see that this pattern exists with practically anything HW touches.
USS is Owings Mills is on its last legs. Once an exciting hive of innovative engineering with 120 folks is now down to about 15 and the latest site leader quit today. The building is being closed, every manufacturing position is gone. Thanks Intelligrated. You sure did a swell job. Can’t wait for the next thrilling town hall meeting. What a joke.

Aero “Census” talks ar e officially in the table.
AERO reorganization talks taking place and finalization happening next month. Expect a massive change and with it comes the marching orders. Its gonna be messy for some and downright nasty for the rest. Be aware.
If there are further RIF's for IGS, that will likely ki-l it.
SPS is for sure. Project Lumberjack. Decrease NA/SA business presence across the whole SBU.
Rif payments are obsolete. There is no reason for them to pay you anything.
Census talks coming up this week in my group. It’s all good. I already quit just waiting for that 6 week RIF payment.
