Any leader, who has long term vision and ambition do not bring consultants at this rate. If any changes are needed you achieve with your "own" team and you hire skills. There are doubts on the real intentions here, buzzwords and fear do not solve problems. Glad to be proven wrong.

Not knowing details on this axes, Santelli regime created a top heavy org. One org has 6 VPs in single chain of command. This is so unhealthy n awkward, cuts are inevitable.
Bloodbath overnight. Linda Cignatta, Jeremy Stern, and Jay Sverson all got axed. Apparently ITSS and EUTSD are being merged.
Earnings call tomorrow will probably shed some light.
