This forum is so toxic. Simple solution is to leave the company. Most people don’t because they can’t find a job that pays more elsewhere.

It is truly unbelievable how brainwashed so many people in this company are. You truly believe you are the best and Exxon is the best.

If you’re one of the people complaining and you don’t have the option to get up and walk out, then you’re getting what you’re worth.
Exxonmobil should be the best company to work for. I think some people are holding out in hopes that Exxonmobil will stop their unethical behavior of lying about employees performance to reduce headcount. The sad part is I think the whole ranking system is basically to identify the top third and to make sure the bottom 2/3rds quit before they get too expensive. If you are under 40 good luck on reaching 55 at Exxonmobil.
