Managers are given from 100-300 percent range to give RSU amount. Something like top 10% can get 300% of baseline.

300% is a joke if anyone did that they would have nothing left for the rest of the team.
Op is wrong did the sh-t show of a training PPT the range is 0-300% and you are heavily persuaded to not give 100% rsu to your underlings it was a fu----g joke. 300% to all even the glue eaters in the back
Why would anyone care about RSUs? This stuff is and will continue to be toilet paper as any future profits are being mortgaged to get funding to implement the insane IFS ideas.

As a manager the only way someone is getting 300% is if the rest of your team are getting far below 100%
