When will she be taken down? Its been at least a couple of years now. Home office has to be aware she is the problem by now. Do they even care

Well, whoever posted this got their wish. She gone.
No matter how many people report, they dont care. My store has been reporting one manager for years. Turnover is huge so it's not like it's the same people. Most long terms quit reporting cause it does nothing but get you retaliated against. The mm doesnt care. He protects her at all cost. One manager got transferred. She had an interview about all she reported and was transferred the next day.
More people need to grow a set and report how she talks to us to higher up they know already but if we were to make a big enough fuss they would be forced to do something about it
Good luck with her ever. Checks to many boxes
M26 has always been terrible can you actually say its gotten worse?
Don't make me laugh the company loves her dramatics
What do you mean you don't think having a 5.5 hour virtual tour the Thursday of a holiday weekend is a poor move? Putting fear into all the management, embarrassing them in front of all the other managers on the call, calling out associates and the intelligence of leads on the call. Is that not great management
Care!?!? Pay closer attention.
It's not and "they" who took her down it's a her. The market manager is completely clueless and just gets rid of all of the good management if they don't kiss her feet. I have watched our awesome staff dwindle down and be replaced with MIT who are not even qualified to be leads that worked with the company for a year or less or just be replaced with a outsider. She thinks she knows what's best. What's best is for her to leave.
in my club they took down one of the best 30yr managers that practicaly ran the club. Dedicated, strong manager. But we all know why they coached her out........to old, to smart, 30 yrs of service. That's the democratic way
Market 26 is Michigan
