Performance calls happened last week. VP and above and it is not looking good. JVB has used the verbiage “sink or swim”. All channels in her org are having terrible performance and cuts are getting assigned. Look at your markets performance and see if you are safe. Don’t think that this looks bad on her, this has proved her points of too many people in a commission flow.
