The entire essence of AT&T revolves around the insufferable pride of the management. They possess an infuriating inability to acknowledge their own fallibility and always refuse to admit the slightest hint of a mistake. Instead, they conveniently place the blame for every single failure, whether monumental or minuscule, on the shoulders of the hardworking rank and file staff. It's an utter waste of time and effort to work in this environment.

Both of these responses had me rolling so hard. So true!!!!!! It's quite comical watching union people reference "The Management" or "The Leadership". What a bunch of clowns man. Like they have any real clue........

Management also refers to the 1st and 2nd line imbeciles who think they are leaders simply because they have direct reports. The last 2 bosses I had at T were total failures.
The way to fix T? Remove Stankey and the entire board of directors and senior leadership.
